are you exercising the wrong way?

Not everyone shares the sentiment that exercise is wonderful and it makes you feel great. Some of us find it more work than it should be and awfully painful. I was told by my doctor that I had to get up and exercise more if I wanted to improve some health issues that I was experiencing. It took me nearly a year before I began finding some of the exercise activities even a little bit fun, or at least not torturous. What made a difference was when I found out that I had been doing things all wrong.
