Not everyone shares the sentiment that exercise is wonderful and it makes you feel great. Some of us find it more work than it should be and awfully painful. I was told by my doctor that I had to get up and exercise more if I wanted to improve some health issues that I was experiencing. It took me nearly a year before I began finding some of the exercise activities even a little bit fun, or at least not torturous. What made a difference was when I found out that I had been doing things all wrong. If you don't enjoy exercise and find it painful, take a minute to read through my blog and be sure that you aren't making the same mistakes that I suffered through.
